Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at papasgoofballs@gmail.com for resolution.

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
• Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect.
• Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will inspect it and notify you regarding a replacement or refund within 7 days.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days of receiving returned product.
